If shani, kuja or rahu occupy the 4th without beneficial conjunction and if the 10th lord is also an evil planet and occupies 4th with evil aspects, the person will have an unclear heart. The exalted evil planets will not produce such bad hearts as the debilitated evil planets. Evil planets in their own house will decrease the evil where as they will increase it in enemy sign. Mandi is the son of shani and is considered more inauspicious than even shani. If the lord of 4th house is in conjunction with shani, rahu or mandi and other malefic aspect or join him, the person will have a bad heart. When you do not know the heart of a man he becomes a dangerous person and society suffers from his evil deeds. When the 4th house is combined with the 8th lord with another malefic, the person will be guilty of dissimulation. When the 4th house is occupied by sun and weak moon, the badness of heat will be for short time. This means that the man will be bad for a short time and after wards he will repent for his work. If the 4th house happens to be the friendly sign or sign of exaltation for a benefic or if it happens to a beneficial sign, the person will be straight forward. For example, dhanu lagna. The 4th is Meena and it’s a beneficial sign and also the house of exaltation for Venus. Therefor has a tendency to make the native straight forward. If Mesha is lagna, the 4th house is Cancer. This is also the exaltation house of Jupiter and therefor good for making a pure heart. But suppose the lord of 4th, the moon is weak or in debilitation, then there may be a tendency of badness of heart but as it happens to be the exaltation house of guru, it gives moral strength to heart.
